Beach FC's Girls U12 WIN League Cup PDF Print E-mail

On December 6, 2009, the U12 Beach Girls Gold team won the CSL League Cup Championship. It was an amazing finish to the season for the girls and their new head coach, Jeff Joyner. To win the tournament, they had to get past over 100 teams, play in horrible weather and field conditions, and eventually take down some of the top-ranked teams in the nation. Not an easy task, considering they had just met their coach five months ago.

Steve Soler and his U15 Girls Gold Team Join Beach FC PDF Print E-mail

 

Beach FC Director Mauricio Ingrassia announced that Steve Soler has joined Beach FC 's coaching staff and is bringing his U15 Gold girls team to complete the '09- '10 season with the club. The team finished the fall league 6th place out of 12 teams in the Gold division. The team is looking forward to play in tournaments in Las Vegas and Temecula, two of the biggest spring college showcases in the Western Region.  The team is looking to further their development with the ultimate goal of applying for CSL Premier for the 2010-2011 season.  High caliber players with similar goals are being sought to join the team.  Interested players can contact Steve Soler at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Beach Players Propel Palos Verdes High School To Big Win Over Mira Costa PDF Print E-mail

Members of Beach Gold 97 were instrumental in Palos Verdes defeat of 5 time league champions Mira Costa.  Haily Smith tallied late in OT for the game winner supported by Beach teammates Kelly Kennedy, Elizabeth Caparis, Meredith Meyers, and Carly Brahim (all pictured in article photo). Beach FC has completed an agreement with Beach Soccer Championships, Inc to be the exclusive partner in bringing the festival style event to the beaches of Long Beach.

UCLA Coach Pat Seymour Joins Beach FC as New Goalie Coach PDF Print E-mail

Beach FC Director Mauricio Ingrassia announced that Patrick Seymour has joined the club as head goalkeeper coach.  Seymour is the UCLA men's goalkeeper coach as well as head goalkeeper and staff coach for the Cal South Olympic Development Program (ODP).  Practices to begin Wednesday, check calender for times.
